清潔的液壓油是液壓系統(tǒng)的生命，升降平臺液壓系統(tǒng)中有許多精密偶件，有的有阻尼小孔、有的有縫隙等。若固體雜質入侵將造成精密偶件拉傷、發(fā)卡、油道堵塞等，危及液壓系統(tǒng)的安全運行。

1、升降平臺液壓油必須過濾加注，加油工具應可靠清潔。不能為了提高加油速度而去掉油箱加油口處的過濾器。加油人員應使用干凈的手套和工作服，以防固體雜質和纖維雜質掉入油中。

2、升降平臺養(yǎng)時拆卸液壓油蓋加油蓋、濾清器蓋、檢測孔、液壓油管等部位，造成系統(tǒng)油道暴露時要避開揚塵，拆卸部要先徹底清潔后才能打開。如拆卸液壓油箱加油蓋時，先除去油箱蓋四周的泥土，擰松油箱蓋后，清除殘留在接合部位的雜物（不能用水沖洗以免水滲入油箱），確認清潔后才能打開油箱蓋。

4、升降平臺清洗油必須使用與系統(tǒng)所用牌號相同的液壓油，油溫在45～80℃之間，用大流量盡可能將系統(tǒng)中雜質帶走。液壓系統(tǒng)要反復清洗三次以上，每次清洗完后，趁油熱時將其全部放出系統(tǒng)。清洗完畢再清洗濾清器、更換新濾芯后加注新油。
