升降平臺(tái)的潤(rùn)滑工作是保養(yǎng)內(nèi)容之一，其中減速機(jī)的潤(rùn)滑比較重要，還有其它滾輪、中間軸及軸承；油缸銷軸及軸承；臂架鉸軸及軸承等潤(rùn)滑保養(yǎng)工作。

1、潤(rùn)滑油加注量以減速機(jī)體游標(biāo)塞注滿向外溢出潤(rùn)滑油為準(zhǔn)，減速機(jī)采用N320蝸輪蝸桿潤(rùn)滑油，當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度低于零攝氏度時(shí)，應(yīng)采用黏度較低的潤(rùn)滑油。

2、加入與原使用牌號(hào)相同的潤(rùn)滑油，連續(xù)工作的減速機(jī)每6-8個(gè)月更換一次潤(rùn)滑油。第一次使用時(shí)，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)滿100小時(shí)時(shí)應(yīng)更換新潤(rùn)滑油。

3、升降平臺(tái)減速機(jī)工作過程中，若發(fā)現(xiàn)潤(rùn)滑油溫超過100攝氏度時(shí)或產(chǎn)生不正常的噪音等現(xiàn)象時(shí)，檢查原因，待排除故障后或更換潤(rùn)滑油后方可繼續(xù)使用。
