重慶升降機鏈條可以根據(jù)貨物的提升高度不同調(diào)節(jié)鏈條的長度，是升降貨梯必不可少的、重要的傳動裝置，對提高升降機的作業(yè)效率，擴大升降貨梯的作業(yè)范圍起著重要作用。那么貨梯鏈條到底要如何進行保養(yǎng)呢？

1、貨梯鏈條的松緊度應適宜，太緊增加功率消耗，軸承易磨損太松鏈條易跳動和脫鏈。鏈條的松緊程度為：從鏈條的中部提起或壓下，兩鏈輪中心距約為2%-3%。新的升降貨梯鏈條過長或經(jīng)使用后伸長，難以調(diào)整，可看情況拆去鏈節(jié)，但必須為偶數(shù)。

2、舊的貨梯鏈條上不能與部分新鏈條混合使用，鏈輪磨損嚴重后，應同時更換新鏈輪和新鏈條，以保證良好的嚙合，不能只單獨更換新鏈條或新鏈輪，否則會造成嚙合不好加速新鏈條或新鏈輪的磨損，鏈輪齒面磨損到一定程度后應及時翻面使用，從而延長使用時間。
