各式各樣的液壓支腿加固了液壓升降機的穩(wěn)固性，但是，想要使其發(fā)揮更大的作用，就必須在使用支腿時一定要撐穩(wěn)，平時注意保養(yǎng)。那么當升降機的支腿損壞時應該如何維修呢？

1、維修液壓升降機的支撐系統(tǒng)時先將活動支腿拆下，測量導向槽的尺寸，決定補焊的厚度。

2、補焊時，所示用螺釘和螺母將長方形的紫銅墊安裝好，紫銅管套在螺釘上，補焊完一段，再移動補焊下一段，直至焊完為止。為了方便，也可將焊條適度折彎。這樣做不會影響液壓缸活塞桿的行程和在支腿承重時固定支腿和活動支腿的相對夾角。
